SIZING:

MINIMUM ORDER SIZE: Wisco imposes a $750 minimum order (before shipping costs). Orders that do not meet the $750 minimum will not be allowed to checkout. Please add more material to the cart if you'd like to place your order. This minimum allows Wisco to publish wholesale prices online and protects their customers.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax is charged in states where we have warehousing and shipping facilities. The site will show all sales taxes to be paid in the checkout screen. You can place your order and email/fax your resale certificate to us and we will be happy to remove the sales tax for you. All resale certificates must be filled out completely and signed/dated.
FREE SHIPPING:
All orders over $750 qualify for free shipping within the United States (48 States Excluding Hawaii/Alaska). If you are located in Hawaii and Alaska please contact us and we will provide you a shipping quote.
RETURNS:
WISCO classifies returns in two categories - 1) Returns due to our error 2) Customer Returns
1) Returns due to our error are defined as the wrong type/size material shipped is different than what was originally ordered. In these cases we will pay the shipping back to us and ship out the new material at no additional charge to the customer.
2) Customer Returns are defined as customer no longer needs or wants material, customer ordered the wrong material or size, customer ordered too large of a quantity of material. These returns must be emailed/called in within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any material shipped back without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed for credit. Shipping on returns is at the cost of the customer and credit will only be given on material costs (not shipping to/from). A 25% restock fee will be charged on all returned material that is received in saleable condition. Full Orders or large portions of an order being returned will have the actual shipping charges (from free shipping) deducted from the material cost credit provided. Before ordering please contact customer service beforehand to see if the material you are purchasing is returnable along with double checking sizes.
