White PVC Cut & Curled Jacketing is 20 mil PVC sheet that is thermal curled to fit perfectly over insulated pipes. This material is usually used in food processing facilities and power plants to create a clean look and protect insulation from water during washdowns (USDA/FDA Approved).
Each piece of jacketing is 3 ft long and has SSL tape (Self Sealing Lap) down the inside of the lap to provide easy installation. The use of serrated tacks is allowed on hot systems (not cold/chilled). For Cold/Chilled piping systems, please seal with PVC Permaweld Adhesive, Proto-One PVC Adhesive, or seal laps and joints with PVC tape. Use of our Bungee Cords will help in the installation with use of the adhesives.
